Thank you for shopping with Atelier of Untold Stories. We take pride in offering thoughtfully selected books, handcrafted merchandise, and unique bookish experiences. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

14 Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

1. Be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

2. Include original packaging when applicable.

3. Include all original accessories or components.

4. Be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.

To request a return, please contact us through our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be approved before items are shipped back. Return instructions will be provided after approval.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind:

• Personalized or custom made products.

• Mystery books, mystery boxes, or mystery packages that have been opened.

Unopened mystery packages may be eligible for return if they meet our standard return conditions.

These exclusions do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning eligible items due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Atelier of Untold Stories will cover reasonable return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items when a return is necessary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for change of mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package our products before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

Please provide:

1. Your order number.

2. A description of the issue.

3. Clear photographs of the item and packaging, if applicable.

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.

The 7 day reporting period does not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges for change of mind purchases.

If you would like a different item, you may request a return for an eligible product and place a new order.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us so we can determine an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been shipped. However, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation or fulfillment.

If an order has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply where eligible.
