Subscription Cancellation Policy

Atelier of Untold Stories offers recurring subscriptions for select products, including our monthly mail club.

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing schedule selected at checkout.

Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time before their next billing date to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund payments already processed.

Orders already paid for or in preparation remain subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers may manage or cancel their subscriptions through their customer account or by contacting us.

Once a subscription is canceled, no additional recurring charges will be made.

To avoid being charged for the next month's edition, customers must cancel their subscription before their next scheduled billing date. Subscriptions canceled after a payment has been processed will take effect for future billing cycles.
